Intro Series classes will be led by Neville Nason, 4th dan with assistance from senior members of Aikido West dojo.
This eight class series will provide Aikido first-timers with a safe and fun introduction to fundamental Aikido principles and techniques, as well as Aikido vocabulary and dojo etiquette. There will be ample time after each session for questions.
No prior martial arts experience is required.
Participants should bring loose fitting clothes to wear during training - sweatpants and sweatshirt would be ideal. Changing rooms are provided.
You can register and pay in advance using the link below, or register and pay in person before the first class on January 7, 2025.
Fee is $50 for the full eight-class series. (No single-class pricing)
COVID PROTOCOL Currently, there are no Vaccine or mask requirements.
