You may wish to show up 10-15 minutes early if you have questions. However, it's fine to come even if you're late for class... just take off your shoes and take a seat quietly.
If you decide you would like to give it a try, we invite you to practice for the first month as our guest, free of charge. You will be asked to sign a liability waiver, but that's it.
